A wonderful experience. The product is all quality and service amazing. My wife and I had been looking for a while. When we came across Cruizy Norm took the time to show us through the campers and the options. After seeing the difference between the Cruizy models and normal teardrop campers we made the decision on the spot. Norm gave us a date and stuck to it.
Towing is great. It's so light you barely feel it there. On rough roads it followed well and had no issues tracking nicely behind our car.
The worst thing about camping (although this is glamping) is the pack up. Some campers say they take no time to pack up, but my experience is different. On our first trip away pack up was a total of twenty minutes. This includes hooking up the camper.
If we had our time again there's no doubt we would have done it exactly the same.
